Individual course and event registrations
Cancellation eligibility, transfer options and any refund amount depend on the terms displayed or communicated for the specific course or event. Unless a different written term applies, requests should be submitted before the published registration deadline.
Corporate and institutional engagements
Cancellation, rescheduling, facilitator travel, venue, material and committed preparation costs are governed by the accepted proposal or work order.
Craskills cancellation or rescheduling
If Craskills cancels a paid public program, registered participants may be offered a transfer, credit or refund of the applicable amount received. Craskills is not responsible for independently booked travel or accommodation unless expressly agreed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the available original or agreed payment method. Banking or payment-provider timelines may apply.

Email training@craskills.com with the participant name, program, registration reference, payment details and reason for the request.
