Recognition will be based on the quality of practice and evidence submitted—not merely job title, institutional size or popularity.
Relevance
A clearly defined educational, workforce, people or employability challenge.
Practice
A thoughtful and replicable intervention, method, program or leadership contribution.
Evidence
Credible qualitative or quantitative evidence supporting the stated contribution.
Impact
Demonstrable improvement for learners, employees, institutions, organisations or communities.
How it works
A clear and considered process.
Craskills may request supporting information or clarification during screening and evaluation.
Nominate
Submit the nominee’s profile, category, achievement case and supporting evidence.
Screen
Entries are checked for completeness, eligibility and category fit.
Evaluate
Eligible nominations are reviewed against relevance, practice, evidence and impact.
Recognise
Shortlisted participants receive further communication from the Craskills team.
Submission does not guarantee shortlisting or selection. Craskills may verify claims, request evidence, move an entry to a more appropriate category, or withhold recognition where submissions do not meet the required standard.

Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted. Provide a focused account of the work and its outcomes; avoid generic praise.
